DESCRIPTION:\nPhillip will be presenting on, The Basics for Special Needs Planning.  \n \n \n \nHere is his Bio:\n \nMr. Gubler joined law office of ProvenLaw, formerly known as JensenBayles, in the Spring of 2011. He was born and raised in Southern Utah and has enjoyed the opportunity to live and work around the red rocks. \n \nPhillip has focused his career on estate planning (Trust, Wills, Powers of Attorney, Health Care Directives), probate, guardianships, conservatorships, real estate transactions, and business law. He also volunteers his time at the St. George Senior Center giving legal advice.\n \nMr. Gubler earned his Bachelors degree from Dixie State in 2002. He then went on to Washburn University School of Law to earn a JD where he served as the President of the J. Reuben Clark Law Society (2003-2004), a Student Research Editor (2003), and a member of the Business Law Society. He is a member of the Southern Utah Bar Association, the Utah State Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.\n \nMr. Gubler has received the AV Preeminent Rating with Martindale-Hubbell each year since 2017 and has received countless accolades from satisfied clients. \n
